When is the next public holiday?

Why do Easter and related dates move every year?
Easter is set by the lunar calendar, not the solar one. It falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon on or after the spring equinox, so it drifts between late March and late April.
When does daylight saving time change?
In the US, clocks spring forward on the second Sunday in March and fall back on the first Sunday in November. Each of those has its own detail page with the exact times.
Are these dates the same in every country?
Some dates are universal (Christmas, New Year), others vary by country. Mother's Day, for instance, lands on the second Sunday in May in the US and Canada but on different dates in the UK and Germany. Each detail page notes the region where it applies.
